are planned for the dates specified. I believe tour groups could
easily lose their quality if they grow very large. So, groups will
not be larger than the size specified below.

How Iran Group Tours Work
|
Pre-Booking Stage: As we need
to make sure that the number of people reaches the minimum (4
people) required to start a group tour to Iran, at first we need you
to announce your readiness for such tours by filling out the form at
this page. This will bear no obligation for you and indicate that
you would like to join a group tour as specified.
Note: Our applicants usually
pre-book from various nationalities. For your information, most of
the travelers taking our tours are from Europe and North America.
Booking Finalization Stage:
This is the final date until when you can pre-book your group tour.
When the pre-booking applicants' number is within the required range
(4-6 people), it will be the time when we need to finalize the
bookings so that the next stages of tour operation can be carried
out. We will announce to you via email when the minimum number is
met. Booking Finalization Stage will be two months before the actual
commencement of the tour.
Note 1: After such a date, if
the number of applicants doesn't reach the minimum (4 people)
required to start a group, the tour will not take place. You don't
have any obligation to pay anything. Destination Iran will not be
obliged to execute the tour either. If we face such occasion, you
will definitely be contacted to decide if you still want to travel
with a smaller group and pay a bit more to visit Iran with us.
Note 2: Finalization will be
inclusive of closing the tour by marking it "Sold Out" at the site.
Destination Iran may open up another group tour to Iran at the same
date or a different date for those who would like to join a group if
it deems it appropriate.
Visa Processing Stage: You
send us the completed application form (provided by us) together
with the copies of your passports via email so that we can start
processing your visa application. Once applicants' visas are
approved, everyone is granted a code number to obtain Iranian
tourist visa at their passports from Iranian embassies or
representation offices at the cities specified by you. We send you
these code numbers after your deposit payment.
Note: Please be advised that
your visas are only granted to you at such cities that you mention
at the application forms and not anywhere else.
Deposit Payment Stage: At this
stage, applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable 250 Euro
deposit to obtain their visa code number and make sure they will
keep their place in the group. Applicants are required to pay the
deposit within seven days after the announcement of the booking
finalization stage.
Note: Each and every
individual will be required to inform us of the exact flight details
so that we know how long a visa to apply for them.
Ground Handling Stage: We
start booking your hotel rooms, vehicles, guides, drivers, and
whatever necessary to execute the tour when you arrive. This is to
make sure that all the tour services are provided as introduced at
this website.
Payment Completion Stage: When
applicants arrive in Iran with their visas at their passports, they
will pay the balance and get a receipt. There will be no other
charges demanded by us for any other costs related to your selected
group tour. This will be done after we transfer them from Imam
Khomeini International Airport to their accommodation in Tehran.
Tour Commencement Stage: A
tour of Tehran as the first city to visit will be the first day of
the group tour package.
Note 1: Clients are kindly
required to attend the group tour at the time specified and agreed
to as the group tour begins exactly at the same date announced at
this page. If you arrive before the tour starts, we can arrange for
some extra excursions or extended tours for you.
Tour Completion Stage:
Destination Iran will complete the sightseeing just before the
departure in Tehran. Each and every applicant will be transferred to
Imam Khomeini International airport in a good time before their
departure time.
General Notes:
Note 1: Destination Iran will
not play any role in booking your international flights. As each
applicant may travel to Iran from a different country, everyone is
required to purchase the international flight tickets
himself/herself at this stage. We just need to know your exact
arrival/departure flight details.
Note 2: If there is some time
between your arrival and the commencement stage or between the tour
completion stage and your departure time, please let us know. For
such a duration of time, we can arrange for your sightseeing,
accommodation, etc if such services are needed. Obviously, such
services will be charged separately. We will appreciate it if you
inform us of your need in such services at "Deposit Payment Stage"
so that we can arrange it for you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies

Cancellation by You:
-
If you change your mind and
cancel your pre-booking before the Booking Finalization Stage,
you shall not pay any penalties.

If you cancel your tour at any
time before the actual commencement of the tour and we receive
your written notice personally sent to us via email at this
period, we will not charge you any extra payment except for the
non-refundable deposit already paid by you.

If you arrive a bit later, which
shouldn't be later than the date to depart Tehran, Destination
Iran will not be obliged to refund any payment for such a
no-show.

There will be no refund policy
for the applicants if they decide to cancel the tour after the
Tour Commencement Stage.
Cancellation by Us:
We will do our best to follow the
tour itinerary as agreed between us. If we are forced to change any
part of the tour itinerary due to incidences outside our control in
the course of tour operation, we will reserve the right to alter
your tour using our utmost expertise to satisfy you.
